Show full item recordAbstract: | The technical report documents the design and implementation of a rainfall measurement and runoff collection system in the framework of an applied science project between CEDAE and the University of Kiel in Germany. The initiative seeks to generate local hydrological data to assess the effects of climate change and landscape management on runoff patterns in rural areas of the Dominican Republic. The project has a strong educational component, integrating scientific methodologies with participatory monitoring practices, and serves as a replicable model for community environmental management projects in tropical contexts. |
