The report is structured into the following sections: Foreword, Key Messages, Section 1 – Governance of Earth System Tipping Points, Section 2 – Earth System Tipping Points and Risks, Section 3 – Positive Tipping Points, and Section 4 – Case Studies, which explore four key systems: the Amazon Rainforest, Atlantic Ocean Circulation, Warm-water Coral Reefs, and Mountain Glaciers (Áakʼw Tʼáak Sítʼ – Mendenhall Glacier). |
