Abstract:This Special Edition of the Central America-Dominican Republic-United States Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR) Environment Cooperation Program (ECP) monitoring report provides an overview of 15 years of cooperation. Since 2005, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and the United States have been working together to strengthen environmental protection and promote public participation in environmental decision-making under the CAFTA-DR.
