Show full item recordAbstract: | This study focuses on the risk of corruption under the aspect of environmental crime, it has four parts. The first presents the theoretical framework that addresses the concepts of environmental policies, environmental governance and the distinction between crime and corruption. The second section presents the methodological framework and, at the same time, the limitations of this study. The third section states the main findings of this study, ending with its recommendations and conclusions. This study is within the framework of the “Climate and Environmental Governance and Financial Integrity” initiative led by Participation Ciudadana, Dominican Chapter of Transparency International under the supervision of Transparency International of Germany, funded by Waverley Street Foundation. |
