Abstract

This website has been created by a photographer and diver with a keen interest in underwater photography and species identification. Therefore, it is possible that some of the species identifications on this website may be incorrect. The photographer relies primarily on popular field guides and web resources, and there is also some limitation in identifying organisms solely from images. The photographs are organized into the following groups: Fish, Invertebrates, Sponges, Corals, Algae, Marine Reptiles & Mammals. It also provides a search box to find photographs by the name of the species.
