Mostrar el registro completo del ítemSinopsis: | An assessment of the environmental hotspots associated with the tourism sector in the Dominican Republic was conducted by the United Nations Development Programme and Waste and Resources Action Plan using the process and guidance contained in the 2017 Life Cycle Initiative overarching methodological framework for hotspots analysis. Environmental hotspot is a process which accounts for a significant proportion of the negative environmental impact in the value chain. Value chain is the entire sequence of activities or parties that provide or receive value in the form of products or services (e.g. suppliers, outsourced workers, contractors…). |
