AbstractThe Caribbean Biological Corridor initiative has developed a strengthening process in which its general foundations and conceptual model have been scientifically redefined and consolidated, new conservation priorities have been agreed upon, a new and much broader spatial demarcation has been established, the foundations for its future development have been laid, and the mechanisms for its institutionality and financial sustainability have been defined and put into operation. An essential and culminating tool to undertake the new stage of development of the initiative is its Strategic Plan 2022-2030. The plan, in addition to responding to the priorities agreed for the initiative, aims to serve as a tool to complement and support the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development in the countries of the initiative.es
