Abstract

IWEco Project Monthly E-­Bulletin #3. The GEF­funded IWEco Project is implemented by UNEP and supports implementation of the Cartagena Convention, the only legally binding, regional agreement for the protection and development of the marine environment of the Wider Caribbean Region. In our third e­bulletin, we highlight the work of the Land­based Sources of Marine Pollution (LBS) Protocol in addition to Project activities.
