AbstractIn order to achieve the objectives of the Regional Action Plan for Marine Litter (RAPMaLi) for the Wider Caribbean Region and the Global Partnership on Marine Litter, this strategy builds on the substantial amount of work already underway at the local and regional level by adding greater coordination of efforts. The RAPMaLi was originally developed in 2007 (RAPMaLi 2014) as a project under the directive of the United Nations Environment Programme (through its Regional Seas Programme) in response to significant amount of litter accumulating in our oceans.es
