[Español] Programa y guía de la II Muestra de Cine Medioambiental Dominicana (DREFF 2012). “La II edición de la Muestra de Cine Medioambiental Dominicana servirá de catalizador y espacio de reflexión y celebración de lo que fue la primera edición y de toda la serie de iniciativas y actividades que surgieron de ella y que se han ido desarrollando y ampliando a lo largo del año. El mensaje sembrado por la I edición ha ido dando sus frutos y son ya muchos los socios, organizaciones e individuos que, movidos por sentimientos y perspectivas similares hacia el medio ambiente y el desarrollo sostenible, se han ido sumando a las actividades celebradas durante el año. A fin de dar cabida a estos nuevos hilos de debate la II edición de la Muestra ha seleccionado una excelente lista de 24 películas y documentales inéditos en el país y un espacio de retrospectiva que incluye películas que ya han sido reconocidas por su valor a nivel mundial en otras ocasiones."

[English] The second edition of the Dominican Republic Environmental Film Festival (DREFF) will serve as a catalyst and an opportunity to reflect upon and celebrate the first DREFF and the numerous initiatives and activities that grew out of it and have developed and expanded throughout the course of the year. The message sown during the first edition of the Festival has born fruit; many new members, organizations and individuals moved by like-minded sentiments and perspectives about the environment and sustainable development have been joining these activities throughout the year. With the idea of pulling together these new threads of debate, organizers of the 2nd edition of the Festival have selected an excellent list of 24 films and documentaries never before seen in the country as well as a retrospective of films that have already been internationally recognized for their value.
